1. Introduction
TumaLana is an education opportunity marketplace connecting educators with schools, tutoring centres, and individuals in Ghana, initially piloting in Tamale. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accuracy of Opportunity Listings
Schools, employers, and individuals posting opportunities must provide truthful and accurate information regarding qualifications, duties, grade levels, and compensation. Misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately upon review.
3. Candidate & Educator Profiles
Educators must provide factual credentials and educational qualifications. Misrepresentation of teacher certifications, diplomas, or degrees is grounds for profile suspension.
4. Pilot Period Usage
During the active Tamale pilot period, core opportunity browsing and posting features are provided free of charge. TumaLana reserves the right to moderate and adjust platform features in collaboration with pilot participants.
5. Direct Connections
TumaLana provides the discovery and contact channel between candidates and opportunity providers. Final employment agreements, trial lessons, and compensation agreements are made directly between the parties.
